The Alain Delon International Distribution SA (ADID) company owns the "Alain Delon" trademark. Since its foundation in 1979, it was responsible for developing the trademark throughout the world via a network of licensee.
A licensee is a partner bound to ADID by a contract, which gives it the right to manufacture and/or distribute products bearing the "Alain Delon" label within a specified territory.
Our licence holders bear full responsibility for their production and distribution, on the understanding that any "Alain Delon" label product has been given our prior approval.
Therefore, ADID does not sell items or products, but manages the trademark and licensee.
ADID assigns particular importance to protecting the trademark, which is registered for each category and in all the countries concerned, and which is continually monitored by a competent network of specialists in order to guarantee licensees uncontested use of it.
